Ziqiao Meng got a Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Philology at Dalian University of Foreign Languages, China (2011-2015), a Master's Degree in Contemporary Spanish Language and Literature at Carlos III University of Madrid (2015-2017), and another Master's Degree in Classical Philology (Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid & Universidad de Alcalá, 2020-2021).
She began her studies on Latin translations of Chinese classics during her Master in Classical Philology, presenting a master’s thesis on the first Latin translation of Confucius's Analects. She is currently a doctoral candidate in the Ancient World Studies Program at UCM-UAM since 2022, working on a Dissertation entitled "The Latin Translation of the Book of Mencius by François Noël," under the supervision of Professor Juan Luis Conde (UCM).
