Yang Qian

Dr. Yang is an associate professor at the Jinghengyi School of Education at Hangzhou Normal University, and holds a Ph.D. in Education from East China Normal University and a joint Ph.D. from Texas A&M University. Her main research areas include fundamental theories of education, principles of moral education, and teacher education. She has led one National Education Science Planning Project and multiple projects funded by the Zhejiang Provincial Education Science Planning and the Zhejiang Federation of Social Sciences. She has published over 20 academic papers in journals and magazines such as Educational Development Research, Chinese Journal of Education, Guangming Daily, and Chinese Social Sciences Today. She is the author of Becoming a Great Educator on Teacher Development and has contributed to several books, including Research on Family Education and Philosophical Thinking: New Perspectives on Teacher Growth and Development.
