Maialen Apodaca

Maialen Apodaca is working on a PhD in Human Sciences at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid as a predoctoral researcher at the Center for East Asian Studies. Her investigation focuses on comparing attitudes towards marriage among Spanish and Taiwanese women across different generations. She has a master’s degree in East Asian Studies and has also studied Chinese language at Providence University in Taichung, Taiwan. She has also a background in Psychology, which helps her understand human behavior. She is passionate about using her skills to promote cross-cultural understanding and contribute to academic research.
